Shift into neutral or keep it in gear
When stopping at a light I like to keep the bike in gear just in case I have to move it in a hurry. I guess it comes from riding older bikes that sometimes finding neutral was a pain. Although My ride is new, I still pull in the clutch.

I read a story on here from another member that he use to leave it in gear until he got rear ended at a set of lights, he come off and the bike took off through the lights. I guess by that you won't always see it coming. Wether it be a car behind you distracted and then all the sudden takes off into you.
Personally I've always kicked it into neutral before pulling up, take a break and kick back as some lights can take forever and a day to change.

Same here. Never trust cagers to be paying attention especially in early spring/summer in Michigan.

The only time I put mine in neutral, is when a train is crossing and there's someone already behind me. At a light, I don't see the point.
