Question Oil pressure sender thread size

I am in a progress of making my own oil temp gauge, what's the size of the sending unit thread pitch? TC96 motor Thanks!

Pretty sure it is 1/4 npt, that dakota link even says it come with a 1/8 to 1/4 npt bushing.

The " bushing " is used to adapt the smaller 1/8" male thread to a larger 1/4" port , the gauges themselves are almost always 1/8" male thread .

I think they include a 1/4 npt adapter for different application.

Ok, quess I am confused. I thought you were talking about a stock sending unit.

Yep, just pulled mine on '04 Dyna to install a press gauge. 1/4 NPT (18 TPI, -4AN). Only know cause I had to go to Lowe's to get a brass pipe plug to eliminate the OEM sender on the adapter block.
