Thumbs up 54 years in the wind

I started riding when I was 15 and have owned or ridden many wonderful bikes since.
Had a birthday last week which marked 54 years of riding. I think I've got a few more riding years left... at least I'm hoping so!

I'm 46 and have been riding for 4 months (my first bike is a Softail Slim) so I will need to ride till I'm 101 to match your 54 years in the saddle

Happy Birthday! I started riding when I was 21 but I had a 30 year no riding gap from then to now.

54 years of riding is an impressive stretch of time. I believe many folks who start riding give it up at some point, for one reason or another, and many of those never come back.

I started riding when I was 21, so I've got 41 years in the wind, myself. Less than that really, as I took a couple of hiatuses in there.

Like you, I hope I've got a few more years before I'll need to 'retire' from this.

Ride safe.

Alan
