Default Texas's Screwed up Weather

So yesterday it was 80 degrees in the DFW area had a nice ride with my son, this morning it is now under 30 with Sleet and snow, i35 in Denton is covered in Sleet At least I got a nice ride in.

Yep, Odessa was around 80* yesterday, right now its 28*.

i feel your pain, i was out riding around fort worth last night, it was beautiful, woke uptoday, and its a winter wonderland again

Agreed. It was 78˚F in central Texas yesterday. It is now 30˚F with 20 mph winds. It will be 20˚F overnight with wind chills in the single digits. The same forecast for tomorrow. Fortunately, there is no wintery precipitation here.

The dogs are lounging around the fire, the cats are warm in the hay loft and the horses are cooped up in the barn. It'll be alfalfa hay and hot mashes for a couple of days. Oh.... the life.

I know... we're getting oh so much sympathy from out northern folks.

just wondering if a person can be envious and not give a rat's a$$ at the same time havent been on my Ultra since late October and this morning woke up to more snow and below freezing temps.

The front hasn't hit my area yet...probably this evening.

Edit...well the cold front has hit hard. Temps have dropped more than 20 degrees in less than 1 hour w/ a north wind blowin' at about 20-25 mph.

Gotta go cover the damn plants again out on the back patio. Supposed to be below freezing in the morning...I hate cold weather. lol
