Default I need a paint guy in the Dallas area

Can anyone recommend a paint guy in the Dallas area? Rode the bike to dinner and when I leave notice there is a very deep scratch on the top of my left saddlebag lid. My bike is Vivid Black and the scratch is so deep it looks white. I'm no paint expert but I doubt it can be buffed out. And I'm sure I don't want to know HD's price for a painted saddlebag lid.

Start at the Dealer of your choice. Most paint people are all gonna be close to same price on something so small.

Yeah, thought about that. It's a pretty deep scratch though.

HD in Allen sent both my bags out for me and I had them painted two colors and pinstriped for around 500. Check with Jason in parts and they can send it out. Normally the Allen dealer is high priced but the guy they use for painting is really good.

It's probably cheaper to cover the lid with some kind of protector.

Also, I wonder if a black crayon would mask it well?
