With the 2014 models out for awhile how does everyone like these compared to the pre 2014. I personally like the looks of the pre 2014 better with the directional bar as well as the general shape but maybe the new models will grow on me

I'm not an owner of either but I agree. Some of the changes I like but I rather the look of the older dash, it was less car like.

 

Nothin I'd spend a nickel to move to, but they look ok to me.

 

+1...it's why I got a 14 Road King, a more elemental bike.

 

I really like the bags & tour pak redesign. The infotainment would be great if it used Garmin as its nav engine, but they went with another supplier & it sucks!!

 

Good info to know. What exactly is wrong with the new NAV system? I am a Garmin fan. I just assumed that is who HD went with.

 

With using HDs ride planner I find it works great,about the same as the Garmin on my 12.

 

How man way points will it accept? Last I read it was not very many

 

9 points, not very many for serious route riders.
