Heading out on my 50 mile break in tomorrow! Going to be 77* and the earthquake capital of the world (Parkfield, Ca) is 50 miles round trip! Cant wait! Been without a ride for 2 months. It will be so nice not to be on the buss. 15-20 minutes late to work everyday sux! Also I rebuilt my transmission while the motor was down. It was really worn out so curious how smooth it will be or will I even notice the difference. Wife got me a nice bottle of bourbon to celebrate! I opened it early!!

Yup. Sound lame but pretty pumped. I gots a good fealing but ive been drinking a lot tonight.

 

I did a 140 mile round trip tonight. A little cool but really nice.

 

Weather is amazing here and the hills are turning green again!

Nothing lame about being excited. Not to be maudlin but think about kids. They have a sense of wonder and excitement about things most of the time and somehow as adults we think it isn't manly to be the same way. Shame we lose that as we age. Enjoy your ride and be safe.
