Above 60 degrees here in the DC area this afternoon...and we have an extra hour of daylight now. Got home from work, unplugged the battery tender, gave the bike a once-over, let it get good and warm, and off we went. Holy $#!& did that feel great. Here's a post-ride pic including the celebratory adult beverage...

 

Congrats on getting that ride in. We hit 40 today but had 3 inches of snow last night so the roads got a fresh coating of salt and sand again. I think my first ride is still a month away.....depends on what Mother Nature is up to along with the Sand Man.

I didn't get to ride my bike for almost the whole month of January. Mainly because I was having the lower end worked on. Except for the ice we had last Sunday and Monday, I've been riding 3-4 days a week since.

 

I took mine out for it's first ride of the year last Thursday. Got up to 37'F. I could be waiting all year for 60'F! It's more to do with the rain than anything else for me. This last week has seen the only dry days so far this year.
