Question eyeglasses bouncing all around in wind.

I went riding today and it was pretty windy and my lightweight eyeglasses bounced around quite a bit. It made looking at the road and other vehicles somewhat difficult. I do have a windshield. I need to get some sort of a adjustable strap to tighten/snug them against my nose bridge.

There's a lot of different types shown on Amazon. What have any glasses wearers found to be good and easy to use/adjust?

Having no windshield but a face shield, makes my glasses stay put on my face. And I've been in some 25-30mph winds. Plus it keeps me from getting "bug faced".

A windshield adds to the turbulence unfortunately. I usually wear contacts behind goggles. Any strap that pulls the glasses tight against your face will do.

I had the same problem when I got my bike.

1. Tried different glasses - didn't work
2. Tried goggles - worked but I was always changing them out for glasses as soon as I got off of the bike. At high speeds, they still moved a little.
3. 6.5" Klock Werks which helped quite a bit

4. 6.5" KW + bandanna and tuck the ear piece under the bandanna = no more problem

Oakley goggles keep my glasses where they should be
and keeps road debris off.

Got sandblasted by a passing semi and
it did a number on the lenses in the glasses
bought the oakleys after that for road riding.

Cool

I bought some sunglass Croakies at Wally World for less than $4 and they seem to hold my Oaklies good and tight.

I use those stringy things that attach to the glasses and you can pull to tighten them at the back. Any kind that are cheap work fine, $2-3 at any sunglasses vendor at a bike night etc. HD sell them but of course they cost more.

I use Decot shooting glasses, interchangeable lenses, and the arms wrap around the ear and keep them snug against the face, plus they are well padded on the arms and nose bridge.

I'm bald and a skull cap works for me. Back when I had hair, a bandanna did the job.

Chrome fork deflector in hd catalog, $20 piece bolts behind forks. Made my glasses move so much less on my road king.
