I nearly fell off my chair when the phone rang this morning and it was the dealership to say I'd won a raffle prize from Sunday's Chilli Cook Off event - a 2 day HD rental. This is great news as my bf is renting an Ultra to take to Leesburg in 2 weeks as his bike needs some work and he didn't want to take it too far for the moment.
We also won $50 in the poker run on Sunday and a whole $4 on last weekend's Lottery.
I guess I've used up my luck for the year.

I got into a raffle last week for a new Sportster. I got a call this morning saying I had won. I was just about to do some serious woo hooing when the guy said, not the bike, but two passes to see the new Captain America movie. Better than nothing.

 

I won a 2 day HD rental last year, but never used it. They still required a $2000 deposit or something like that.
