Default Universal Brake lines and fittings?

Has anyone had a bad experience with using universal braided brake lines and fittings on an ABS equipped bike or otherwise? I have no oem options for my 14 ST if I want SS braided to my from calipers in traditional Stainless finish.

Maybe look for an industrial hose company in your area. Take your bike over and show them what you want to do, maybe they will make em up. When I was building my rigid I took my bike over to Orme Brothers here in the San Fernando Valley. I marked the areas with 1 and 1, 2 and 2 , 3 and 3, so on so they knew where the hoses went. They did all my oil lines in ss covered teflon(brake type) in the correct diameter, and built the brake lines too. No universal brake lines, all ss lines swedged on ss tubing and it took like 2 hours.
