DNA parts and customer service.
Long story short, I lost a saddlebag. With the insurance covering it I had two choices. Get a replacement bag, or a pair of DNA stretched saddlebags. I chose the DNA bags, and that is where the fun began. Being in San Diego, I figured it would not take that long to get the bags. Wrong! It took almost two months to get a set of unpainted stretched saddle bags.
So, the saddlebags arrived. Turns out the bags did not line up properly with my bike. I know you may be thinking, is it the right part? When the shop I go to ordered it for me, they were told by DNA it would fit.
With the bags on, I tried locking the right side. Guess what, the lock broke! Remember, this happened the DAY i finally got the bags after two months. The shop called DNA a total of 5 times in 2 weeks. The ultimate run around is what they are about.
DO NOT ORDER OR SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. Terrible customer service, and products. I was going to order a stretched rear fender, but will look elsewhere due to the treatment from this company so far.

 

I've had wheels ordered from them for a while now. They say they will ship out every Monday lol
