Do all the factory alarms have an antenna?
I'm pulling the TSSM module of of my '07 Low Rider and replacing it with just a regular TSM. Is there an antenna some where, some place on my bike?
What years or models DID have an antenna and typically where... and why?

The antenna only comes with the optional alarm so if you never had the the optional alarm there is no antenna to disable or remove.
Edit: never mind, just yank the security module and don't worry about the 12" long 16 gauge antenna that was protecting your bike,

The newer proximity systems have antennas. I just pulled the TSSM and antenna off my 2011 Road King and replaced it with a TSM. There's a thread here on how to re-program the bike without going to the dealer. The new proximity systems have a constant draw on the battery that "alerts" and draws even more when it senses any proximity FOB in the area. When it realizes that it isn't the FOB for the bike it goes back to sleep. If you park every day in a place (like a parking garage) where there are a lot of other cars, you're going to wind up buying a new battery sooner than later.
There are a lot of complaints about short battery life on newer Harleys. It isn't the battery, it's the proximity security system. Motorcycle electrical systems aren't robust enough to have that kind of constant draw.
