Default stipped torx head on primary cover

took off all torx screws on the primary cover (2008 Fatboy) with no issue except 1. The screw is now stripped. Any recommendations on removal?

Had that happen to me a couple years ago. All came out but one. I drilled the head off and with the cover off, I just used vice grips to grab it and it unscrewed easily.

For anyone else.........primary covers use T27 bolts. T25 fits but it's too small and will strip them out. Most Torx bits don't come with a T27. Sears has them. Buy one, you'll be glad you did!

If all else fails ... use a dremel tool with a small cutting wheel.. careful not to damage your cover..I cut the head off and used pliers to get the rest of the screw to back out

I was thinking just drill the head off and remove the stem with a pair of needle nose vice grips. Looks like that is the way to go. I may give it a show with a chisel if I can find one in the garage.

Drilled the head off. Took the screw stem right out. Thanks guys.

Going to replace these screws with stainless / chrome allen head type. Need something a bit better.
