Although it appears very similar, I don't think so. In addition to the markings being different - the release on mine is black not red.

I have both (flat black - no peak). Only difference is one is a Large and one a Medium. Between the two I can see that the quick release mechanism on the AK88 has a cloth pull tab while Crazy Al's has a little plastic lever. Other than that they are identical. Size sticker on the side is the same, and the safety/care instructions are the same.
The box they ship in is different. The AK box is Red with writing on it, the Crazy Al is white with no writing.
