Linby Bars. Service above and beyond.
When I was in the US about 18 months ago, I bought a Lindby engine bar online. I had it shipped back to Australia and never got around to putting it on until I dragged it out of the box last week with the intention of installing it. I usually read the instructions as a last resort and when it got down to that I worked out I was missing the brackets and hardware necessary for the installation. It hadn't been shipped in the box. To cut a long story short it turns out I bought it through a 3rd party supplier.
I contacted Lindby customer support online and told them my problem. I was immediately responded to by Henry Sandaval of the Lindby customer service department who couldn't do enough to help me. He immediately posted me out the parts I was missing and kept me updated all the way. Considering I bought the bar through a 3rd party it would have been easy for them to wipe me but they now have a customer for life. Thanks Henry, thanks Lindby.
