Ive got an 06 ultra with 2 keys and key fobs. New battery in both. One works fine but the other one does not. When I press it, it arms the alarm fine but will not disarm it. I also notice that when I arm the alarm with the "working" fob the lights only flash 1 time when it arms and 1 time when it disarms. The "nonworking one" flashes twice to arm, then when I try to disarm it flashes twice but does not disarm. Is there a trick to it or do I need to have the "nonworking" fob reprogrammed or something. Ive only owned the bike 2 weeks so I don't know how long it has been this way. Thanks in advance!

 

You can try syncing the remotes first. Instruction are in the owners manual but basically hold the button for 15 seconds. Do each one separately.

Should that not work then try assigning the remotes. Turn the ignition on-off-on-off-on then press left turn signal twice, right turn signal once, then left turn signsl again after that hold the button on the remotes, one at a time, until the blinker light flash.

See if that works as it worked on my 06 softail. If not the owners manual may provide instruction

With the 06's you should see one flash when arming. And 2 flashes when disarming.
