- you really have to be careful out there. The weather was perfect in Tulsa today for a ride. I had some errands to run so I decided to take my bike and "go the long way". Anyhow, my point is with the brutal winter we have had, it seems like there is either a road repair crew or potholes on every through street. I'm sure a lot of cities are in the same predicament.

Also have to watch out for left over sand, gravel and ash in the intersections. Also, keep in mind that people haven't seen bikes on the road for a while so keep your eyes peeled when you're out there.

Yes, lots of potholes and road crews out in the days/weeks ahead and lots of sand & salt still to be washed away with the coming rains.

Good point on the Cagers paying more attention to their phones and texts vs. looking for motorcycles. Keep your head on a swivel!

 

We had a cloudy day today, nice temperatures but 20mph winds from the south. Really tough going south.
