Mind you it must fit into this small tool bag.

Needle nose with bult in wire cutter,more zip ties, small foil packet of loc tite, mini pair of vice grips, tail light bulb (unless running leds) electrical tape

I'll second HD7585's suggestions.

I'd also add a small flashlight + a few extra batteries for it and a few more fuses (possible you might burn through a couple before you figure out what's doing it).
