Default Now this is great dealer service!

My wife is the proud new owner of a '14 slim, she is taking the Riders Edge class right now, going through the same dealer we bought the Slim from. I was up at the dealer talking with the owner this afternoon, he was asking how she was doing with the class, then he offers to let her keep the Buell Blast for a week to transition from a new rider to the Slim. I ask if this would be a standard rental fee? nope he says, she can use it for free.

You gotta love a great dealer, these guys have always treated me great!!!

That is good customer service! You might want to disclose the name of the dealer to give them proper recognition.

That is awsome. Some dealers really still care about there customers. My local dealer (McDermotts Harley) just donated some stuff for a fund raiser were having for a friend of my wifes who was just diagnosed with stomach cancer. Word of mouth is the best advertisement a place can get, when a dealer makes u feel like family we make sure everyone knows.

The dealer is Zylstra HD in Elk River MN, I was hesitant at first as I don't think think this is standard practice and that may not offer this to everybody who takes the course. I've purchased three new bikes from them in the last year... In any case, they have always treated my wife and I with respect and given me a fair deal on the bikes I purchased, in return I give them my business.

I highly recommend them!!!

You don't hear stories like that very often. My local dealer wouldn't do that, they are the definition of stealership.

Nice to get a free bike to learn on, but then again it is only a Buell Blast.
