i have an 09 street glide and i just bought saddle bag gaurds from a guy who got them off a 2011 electra glide. i first want to know if they will even fit because looking at it i cant see where they bolt to. secondly if they arent a direct fit does anyone know where i can get the mounting bars.

Just put some on my '13 Roadie, my guards came as a kit which included new bag supports under the saddle bags. You may have to go to a dealer and start putting this together. They bolt to the frame under the seat and to the frame tube.

 

Ty seniorsuperglide. I have already tried them and that's why I made this they dont seem to fit. There not the type that are only in front of the bags there the kind that wrap around the bag itself

 

Are they the saddlebag rails, the kind you see on the Ultras? Guess I really don't understand what you are looking for. Good luck on your quest.
