Default Alarm won't recognize key fob

Hey guys, got a 2010 cvo street glide. For some reason the alarm system won't recognize either of my key fobs. Alarm goes off and no way to shut it down as I don't know the pin. Can't find the pin to override. I changed the batteries in both key fobs and nothing. When I try and change the pin it doesn't recognize the fob so it won't allow me. All it will alow me to do is enter the pin, which I don't have. Anyone have this problem? Need help, thank god this is happening while it's in my garage and not while I'm out riding.

I may be wrong. But I think there is a internal battery in the alarm system on the bike.

As far as your code. If you purchased your bike from a dealer. They usually have a standard code that they program them to. Maybe ask the dealership bike delivery person who goes over the bike pre delivery sale with new owners.

Good luck.

try disconnecting the battery in the bike (take off the ground side)
(leave off for at least ten seconds to discharge any capacitors)
This may reset the alarm system.

Yeah, tried disconnecting the battery, it continued to blast away. It eventually stopped, but I can't get it to reset or recognize the fob. I'll call the dealership tmo and hopefully they know the code. Not sure if that will fix the issue with it not recognizing the fob
