Default Grip advice?, Aileron or Get a grip?

Looking for feedback on those who have used both or either one.
Is the diameter the same as the stock grips on an 07 Sporty?
Are they of the same comfort level or better?, also do they dampen any vibrations better than stock grips?
Looking for a comfy grip that is not larger in diameter than the stock grip if possible.

Interesting choice. I currently have the get-a-grips and like them, but I get some numbness in my hands after 30 mins or so. I'm wondering if it's the knurl-type surface. I stopped at a dealer last year and they had a display of all the HD grips on bars. So you could feel them like you would on a bike. The Ailerons were the most comfortable for me hands down. I've been thinking of trying a set.

I love my Get a Grips, but I wear gloves year round - definitely not soft.

Forget the HD grips (over-priced crap) and get some Performance Machine Renthal grips - they truly are tacky rubber and go a long way towards ending hand cramping.

Been riding with get-a-grips for almost 3 years. Always wear gloves.

Have found them to be very comfortable and my hands never cramp, though the knurl is starting to smooth out on both grips. Guess I use them too much.

Put the standard (not magnum) Get-a-Grips on about 2 weeks ago. I had 3 year old stock grips that had turned into slicks.

Hand cramping - Gone! YMMV.

I had ailerons on previous bike and am hoping stock heated grips go out under warranty so I can change them out. I like how they are narrower on the inside edge
