Default need suggestions for dual use travel bag

Gents,
any recommendations/suggestion for a travel bag that I can use either with a passenger backrest / rack or with the Tour Pak?

A buddy of mine just got a Timbuk2 messenger bag. Fits perfectly on back of seat. Fully waterproof. They are $pendy, but they serve multiple purposes.

After recovering from Southpaw's avatar....

Check out Saddlemen, they make some good stuff. I bought this one on Amazon and very happy with it:

Now that I am no longer staring at the fun bags.....check out Walmart. I picked up a backpack that slides on the sissy bar/back rest nicely. It's essentially a stuff sack with extra pockets. Hard to beat the price. It is located at the automotive section with the motorcycle stuff. Got a bungee net there also.
