Default Fender Skin/Bib Question...

I'm thinking about ordering one of these fender skins and just wanted to know if a passenger can sit on it, and if it can stay mounted under the rear seat. We go to weekend rallies with the wife and once there, I'd like to be able to remove the rear seat while we ride in town.
Thanks.

Personally, I wouldn't ride on a fender skin. Not a lot of padding. It'd be like you riding on a bare frame. If your wife doesn't mind...more power to her.

No padding, unless she's got enough padding of her own, her butts gonna hurt.

I wouldn't subject anyone to the harsh ride on a fender bib. What's the problem leaving the pillion in place? Its only 1 thumbscrew if you want to remove it while parked. The Mustang pillion will fit without removing the Mustang bib I have.

I use a fender bib and it stays on when I mount the passenger pillion.

Thanks for the info. When we do the rallies we usually stay within a mile or two of town, sometimes we even stay in town. When we only go to town for drinks or dinner I like to strip her down to nothing (the bike that is :-)). Not looking to have the wife suffer but if it makes the bike look good, the wife might need to settle for a mile or two :-)

Thanks again fellas!!

there's a stick-on pad you can remove and throw in your bag (swingarm, saddle) if you have one.
