At Rolling Thunder
Have a problem. Rode here at slow highway speed under police escort. Once we got to the slow speed stuff before reaching the Pentagon parking lot, my 2013 EGC started running rough and stalled at one point. It seems like the clutch is not disengaging completely when I pull in the clutch. I had to keep the engine reved against the brake to keep from stalling. Even with the clutch pulled in completely the bike still wanted to move forward. I am very nervous about the actual ride now. Luckily the bike is cooling down now and should be stone cold by the time it is time for the actual ride.
The bike is new to me and my first Harley. Nervous...

There are literally thousands of bikers around you. I'd say starting grabbing people around you and asking.
You will find someone who can tell you what is going on.
From here, I would only be guessing. That guess is a clutch adjustment. (you won't do that in the parking lot before the run) A cable adjustment you can do though.
If you have some years behind you on bikes, you might still make the run by taking it in and out of gear. Allowing it to coast when you are on the brake. Look at it as a workout for your left hand...
If you aren't confident the bike will make it, you might consider dropping out.

I made the ride and made it home safely. The bike still isn't running perfectly, so it is going in the shop this week, but the event was well worth it. It was a very emotional ride for my wife and I...
Thanks for the quick response

Glad you got to be part of the ride. Sorry to hear of your bike issue, but please keep us informed what the problem was, & glad to hear you made it home safe-

have you tried taking up the slack by adjusting it (adjuster under rubber thing on down tube) takes up any slack on the clutch lever..
