Default Bias Ply vs. Radial

Hey guys, it's been a ton of years since I dealt with bias ply tires and such. I noticed that my new 2014 RK with factory cast wheels has rubber valve stems, making me think there is a tube inside. Are tubes needed when running bias ply vs. running radials??

My 2011 RK had spokes, so it was a no brainer to run tubes.

Doesn't matter what type of tire you're using. Tube or no tube depends on the wheel (for the most part).
