Default Shoei NEOTEC Modular?

Anyone here using the NEOTEC? I wanted to test it out at Americade but its started raining and I had to leave the next day. I tried it on and it seems like a great modular.

Any user comments?

I really like mine. I wear a full face all the time, first modular and really like it. comfortable, the sun shade is nice when I forget my clip on for my glasses. I really like flipping up the modular when stopped at a light or getting gas, get little more air.

Go to a dealer and try on the Neotec and then the new RF 1200 . You might surprise yourself at which helmet you take home .

Ive had mine for about six months. never ride without it. Before this, i never spent more than 200 bucks for a helmet. I must say for me it is well worth it. I enjoy using it. never to hot or uncomfortable. Got mine through revzilla. Cheaper than local store that only had the demo in stock and wouldnt even discount it.

I gave one a good try. Really wanted to like it as it's a very nice helmet. I pretty much decided to get one before I ever wore one.

And i did like it a lot, but it just didn't fit me well.

I went for the Schuberth C3 Pro as it fit my head better. The Shoei felt more crowded in the lower face area for me. And I preferred the overall feel of the C3

Bottom line is, you need to try different helmets on before you buy them.

I own one - really like it especially in the cooler weather and highway use.

Great fit, very comfortable, good at cutting down wind noise....
