Default HD motor Reman program

Does anyone have facts concerning this program's demise?

Just curious where you heard the rumor? Dealer trying to sell you a new one?

I can't read ^^^^ but was at the service depart today checking on my ACR valve issue. The Harley guy told me that as of July 31, the exchange program was going away and being replaced with a long block program. He hasn't seen the official release but management told him. I think the long block idea is better; maybe more customization now with a crate engine.

I'd rather have a remaufactured engine because they will check the clearances, etc. using seasoned (mine) parts.
All the flexing of metals should be done.
