Default What's in the Barn T.V. Show

About 60 miles from Tail of the Dragon is a motorcycle museum called "Wheels through Time" located in Maggie Valley Nc.

http://www.wheelsthroughtime.com

I had the pleasure of visiting it on Memorial Day weekend. It's a lots more then a typical motorcycle museum. They ride many of the very old and rare motorcycles. In the center of the museum are burn outs from Dale and his son.

They also have a T.V. Show called "What's in the Barn" on the Velocity channel. I first herd of the show when I visited the museum. Tomorrow (June 10) is the start of the second season. It's all about motorcycles. The older the better. It's worth a watch.

No affiliation with the museum or t.v. show. Just a biker sharing info.

I had 6 episodes recorded and watched all of them off and on last weekend. Good stuff and lots of old Harley's. Well worth watching!

Yep, Thats a great place. I visited it long before it was on TV. Dale would walk you through personally. I need to go back again.

Thanks for the heads-up. I watched last season's "What's in the Barn" and found the episodes to be entertaining. I love those old motorcycles and seeing them run is neat.

I hope to one day make it down to NC and ride the "Dragon" as well as to visit the museum.

I tried watching it but it was too much like those other "collector" shows that I tried to watch and couldn't get into.

Caught one last year where they started every bike in the museum. That was pretty neat. Did not know the show was back for another season. The show does get a bit staged at times but still interesting.
