Fitting a sheep skin on a solo seat
Picked up a sheep skin in Krakow this past weekend. Have a Danny Gray Buttcrack and about to leave on a 2000 km round trip to the Swiss and German alps. Anyone come up with a good way to secure it to the seat?

sit on it.
Seriously. Just sit on it. It won't go anywhere.
If you're really concerned, get a piece of 1" wide flat elastic & have someone sew it to the bottom front of the pad so you can loop it around the front of the seat. That way you can stand up on your pegs/boards & the pad won't go anywhere.

Sewing and elastic band is a good option.
You can also use velcro, sewing a tab of it onto the sheepskin and using double sided tape for the other side of the velcro on the bottom side of the seat.
Either way, carry a plastic bag with you, so if you leave it on the bike while not riding, you can put it in the bag and not have it be wet when next you go to ride it.
