Finally bit the bullet
And ordered true duals for my 13 RK.
The heat from the cats was a big factor I realize you will never get rid of all of it but this should help. I also have the crotch cooler, which does work. But I think with all the gains, and no detriment according to the wise ones on here I had to splurge. Hopefully will have them on in two weeks.
