So I do a lot of trip traveling on my bike and post a bunch of vids and stuff for my pals to follow. Couple of them have asked if I would check into a app for my iphone that they could see my where abouts in real time and record my routes. Ive looked for some apps but could find none that were rated.

Do any of use and have any recommendations for any apps that are goos at doing this stuff? Thanks

I try not to know about these things . . . they'd just get me into trouble!

But, have you checked out Waze? It does lots of things, and there's a way to do what you're asking about.

I use motion x as well. Mostly for offroad. It's a pretty good app

 

GPS Tracker does this. You both have to have it and set it up first and it can ping each others (or more) position every X amount of seconds.

 

Not for the iPhone but will work on androids, Real Time GPS tracker app. It will allow you to specify who tracks and it works very well. So close in fact that on a recent 500 mile trip to my brother's, he met me at the driveway with a cold beer!
