One of the members posted a link to Captain Itch crotch coolers in another thread, so I checked it out. I saw that they didn't have them listed for my Sportster so I contacted them. They only had two made up cause they were having problems making ones that would fit every Sportster. So after e-mailing pictures back and for they did something that I wasn't ready for. They said we will mail you the crotch cooler and see if it fits, if it does pay for it and if it doesn't send it back. When was the last time you had a company do that for you? Great customer service, I will be doing business with them again.

I buy my leather products from them. I have one of their heavy duty double thickness belts and you can not go to the mall and get a pressed paper fiber belt for less. The belt is easily worth twice what I paid for it. I buy my holsters from them and they made me a custom one too.

Give them a call and look out. No automated BS and they work with you.

I am fortunate enough to live only about 2 hours from Larry and Isabel. I contacted them about a crotch cooler that would work with my police seat. They said that since I was so close, if I brought the bike to them, we would figure it out on the spot. My wife and I rode over there a couple of months ago and 2 hours later they had designed and made a cooler that works awesome with the police seat. Hopefully you will see that as a product option in the near future. Great folks and awesome customer service!

 

Doesn't surprise me at all! Larry and Isobel are the best example of customer service I've ever found! Just call and you're talking to the person that makes whatever it is you need!

I just got a belt from them, man is it nice! It will last a very long time, if u were thinking about a belt, just get it. Does anyone know if they will be at Gettysburg or Hagerstown bike week?
