Just bought a WMD Lithium Battery from the stealer yesterday. Got tired of replacing HD Batteries every 2 years........ After 6 Months of them being so weak that my instrument cluster wigs out every time I start it.

And yeah, I had it on a tender. Yeah, maybe I kept it on the tender for too long a period of time. And yeah, I got ripped.

But I like new stuff.

We'll see how this one goes.

When the kid behind the counter gave it to me, I asked him if he was sure he wasn't giving me a display -- It weighed nothing.

Now, after reading reviews on Lithium Batteries, on how they like to discharge faster, I'm not so sure. I think I'll just plug and unplug the tender. Plug it in for a few hours until it turns green, then unplug it. Which, I think might be the hot tip anyway. I'm thinking that knowing when to unplug the tender might be just as important (maybe more so) than knowing when to plug it in.

Whatever

But, like I said. We'll see how this one goes.

Big Cranks (AGM/ Glass Mat) are made by Deka. Best value out there IMO.

Just replaced mine with HD. My dealer gives me 10% off because I work for a large company in Chandler, AZ so I just went to the dealer for it.

I bought the Big Crank a couple months ago and have been very pleased. It was reasonably priced and it starts the bike instantly. It took two days to get here from Batteries +.

Deka, HD, East Penn and Big Crank are all the same, is what I understand. I just installed a Big Crank ordered from Battery Mart. List $89.95, less 5% discount code, free shipping and no sales tax. It came fully charged in 2 days. I took my take out battery to Advance Auto for a $5.00 credit. Net price about $75
