The small sign says "summer fayre, nearly new sale". That's all I see.

In 2003, a Harley-Davidson statue was unveiled in Littleport to commemorate the centenary of the famous motorcycle company. William Harley, the father of the company's co-founder William Sylvester Harley, had been born in Victoria Street, Littleport, in 1835, before emigrating to the USA in 1959....Wikipedia.

Correct.

I didn't know that, but stopped there for a walk around and saw the statue, so googled it and found the information. Stopped as I left and photographed the town sign. The town is quite proud of the link.
