Ya know, I love my RKC, but...didja ever have a vehicle that you loved, except for one annoying thing? Because my King is an '07, it has the tall gearing, which ain't bad for normal riding, but for clutching away from a dead stop, I always wanted more torque, as I hadda let the clutch out slower with more throttle. Was thinking of going to lower gearing, but that would mean a new belt, and I really like the highway gearing of the '07, just didn't like the lack of low-end oomph. So...after much research, I decided to go with cams & a full dyno race tune, as I didn't feel the "smart tune" I had done last year gave me all the sack I needed.

So, the dealership trailer just left with my bike. Hopefully be ready by Saturday.

Now; if I may hijack my own thread--I looked at a gorgeous, showroom condition Night Train yesterday; '05, carbed, 9K original miles. Totally stock except for SE air cleaner, Yaffe X-pipes, & carb rejet kit. I didn't ride it, but it looks & sounds awesome. gonna ride it tomorrow, & if it passes muster (I am very critical when buying a vehicle) I'm gonna pull the proverbial trigger. He is asking about 2/3 book value.
