Ok, heres the story, I bought an arlen ness big sucker online, not even sure where, it don't matter.
So I loose a breather bolt, must a forgto the locktite.
So I call Arlen Ness to order another, talk to Nancy, no problem, but 2 weeks later I still don't have it.
So, I call, and find out it never shipped, so Daniel sends me one with rush shippng.
So, two weeks later I get the original order also. I call & get an RMA# and a UPS shipping thingy to send it back.
Now over a month later I pay my mastercard bill & see two charges and no refund.
So I call Arlen Ness, and find out the money is just sitting in my account. What Freeking account? it was a online charge. they said they didnt have my CC# on file to credit me. So they would just keep it untill they hear from me.
Thats what I was told! Then they tell me it will take several days for credit to appear
Now I am wondering if I'll ever get my Money back?

NEVER WILL I EVER USE ARLEN NESS FOR ANY THING!

You must have it pretty good if the price of a bolt can ruin your day.

 

Not at all Dude, I just want everyone to know how poorly the Arlen Ness company is run and managed.

 

So let me get this straight...

Many thousands of people have bought this particular item from them, but you had a problem with a bolt, and so we should all avoid this company (at all costs).

And you can judge how well a company is run from one transaction...
