what year was this cover used and which bikes was it used on? I know the football cover was used for many years. specifically I'm looking at the trim ring. so if anyone's got the part number for that specific one, that would be awesome too!!! I'm going to do the air cleaner mod and I need a football shaped cover and the trim ring that fits it. thanks.

 

I'm thinking it was used from 2007 - 2013. It was used on most of the Soft tail line, Touring and some CVOs. The trim ring used to be in the P&A catalog. You might ask your dealer if they can find one. If not there is always eBay.

 

The 103 has been standard since 2012 but the CVO's had them before that. I do not recall if the CVO's used that air cleaner though.

Thanks for all the replies. I found one on eBay. If they have been out that long, I'd like to think that there would be more of them floating around on the cheap, but I could only find one like that one on eBay.

 

It is about $17 from the dealer. I used the same one when I powder coated my football cover.
