Default Dog Riding a Harley

This was just posted on the front page.

Personally, I think dogs are the greatest animals. They go into battle with us, they sniff out bombs, they lead around the blind and they find people trapped in collapsed buildings. Sometimes they even ride on the back of Harleys.

No idea why the person filming thought the gun slit perspective was best, but the video is pretty hilarious anyway.

Probably a cell phone shot. What happens if the rider has to stop quick or gets in an accident? Hate to think of what would happen to his beloved pet.

What happens if it was his wife, or child...... same thing happens. I suspect my wife or myself would not be as flexible as the dog. To the OP I think it is cute.

That's what I was thinking. Cute but dangerous as hell for the dog.

The dog needs a helmet.
Looks like he is having a blast though.

Yeah, I'd never do that. Isn't it illegal in some states?

Awesome! I have a little Boston Terrier I'm working on getting to ride with me. This video is just horrible though, wish they had watched this PSA first.

This guy and his beloved pooch live here in Reno NV. I see him all the time, and the dog loves it!

My dog rides with me all the time and has for 10 years. She probably has more miles on the back of a Harley than many on this forum have.
My dog before her rode with me for 14 years and the one before that 11.
They all wear/wore a tether. Never had a problem, actually they have been much less problems than the human females in that same time frame.
