Default Can anyone help identify this piece?

I changed the engine, primary, and transmission lubricants in my 2012 Harley Heritage Softail Classic. As I was moving it in close quarters, I did not notice that the kickstand went up. So, when I went to lean the bike on the stand, it tipped and landed, pretty gently, on the left side on my garage floor. The handlebars were full left. The bike was resting on the engine guard, the rider's floorboard, and the rear rear saddlebag. No damage was done that I could see.

When I righted the bike, I noticed a rubber cylinder on the floor, near the front of the bike. It looks like it is some sort of rubber stop or cushion. I could not find any obvious place on the bike from where it came. There is a dimple on one side of the rubber piece that may have been the attachment position to the bike. You can see it in one of the two photos that I include below.

Can anyone identify this piece and tell me where it might have come from on the bike? (It is possible that it did not come from the bike itself, but I think that is highly unlikely).

Thanks,
Wayne

It is a genuine HD part number 458698732 and is available in black only. Some refer to it as a jiffy stand frame protector.

There is a similar part under the seat at the rear fender and also two on the seat over the battery. Most people do not realize if you change the seat out on a Softail, it leave the battery free to move around enough to loosen the cables if they are tight
