Found it! Still in pretty good condition too! (My 03 Lowrider and 05 FLHTI service manuals all have pages that have come loose, but I guess that might be because I have been using them alot more! Didn't do much to the Blast!)

It is for a 2001 Blast. Not sure if much has changed (other than the leaky cardboard seals they originally used!), but you're welcome to it.
