Default Starting issues.....Please help

Ok, I have an 04 RK classic fuel injected.

I was slowly having issues getting it to turn over and now it is really bad. I had it on a tender for a while. Today (after 2 weeks in the garage all the while being connected to a tender) I turn on the ignition, press run, I can hear the pump go in...I hit start and literally nothing happens. The bike as power as my headlights and etc are on.

I jump it and I get it to start up, revs high for a while and then slows down. I let it run for a few. Shut it down, attemp to fire it back up and again nothing.

Now it has been on a tender again for about an hour. Attemp to start and I get the clicking.

I can safely assume that it is not a fuel problem....

Thus my question to you fine folks to help me broaden my knowledge of bikes, is, is it just the battery? Or do I need to be concerned that it could be something else. There is no true starter or alternator to worry about correct?

horn is faint and more "foghorn" like.

Good indicator it is just a battery?

If it is do I need to get the Harley battery or would something from JP or somewhere else be just as good?

Hadn't hit the horn before 5 minutes ago.

so that being the case...Go with the 170.00 harley battery or a 124.00 battery from JP (I live in Daytona so we have a JP store here)

My opinion, Google "Big Crank Battery". About half the cost of a Harley battery and made by the same company.....Deca.
