Default drying your bike with a electric leaf blower

This blower I saw in homedepot by homelite $32.00 150 CFM look like a good tool for drying the bike . Got it tryed it and it works great ! 10 X better then hand drying and much faster too!

Ya I use my Craftsman Shop vac to blow dry it. Neighbor once came over and said she never saw anyone vacuum a motorcycle before.

FWIW, was at the dealer the other day, and they too use a leaf blower to dry bikes (I suspect they wash quite a few). Anyway, I was talking with the guy and asked about using a shop vac....he suggested not to do that, as it may pick up dust and what not and potentially dull the paint......again, FWIW.

Why not? I do that when I'm in a hurry. Then I'll get a towel.

I use a chamois, and then go for a dry-off ride.

After a rain storm and the roads are mostly dry, I just go for a ride to dry it off. Way more fun.

I use a gas leaf blower. A little big but it works well. Honestly, I don't wash my bike nearly as often as I should (I guess).

That`s the way to do it...

No matter how much you blow air on the bike with some contraption, there will always be water in the hidden spots.

Get on the bike and ride it and all the water will be gone.
