Posting this for a Goldwing riding acquaintance:

On Aug 4, around 10:00 a.m., while traveling Hwy 3 in Northeastern Oregon between Enterprise OR, and Flora OR. My wife and I found an article of motorcycle apparel lying in the middle of the road. It must have fallen off the bike while they were passing through. I'm 100% certain it belongs to a Harley rider.

Since I am a Goldwing rider, I do not know which HD forum would be most appropriate to post a found thread. If the Harley riders from this forum would spread the word, I sure we can find the owner.

Have them call me, and identify the item and I will ship it to them.

I left some motorcycle parts covered with deer guts in the rest area in that same area a few years ago. Stinkin' rats..

Excellent post Rayjoe. Maybe the owner has put word out to the Oregon DOT (road cleaning crew) and or the local HD dealership. Thats where I'd go if I lost such an item. Hope your efforts turn up the rightful owner.
