What do the wires wrapped in black plastic on the right side of the neck on my 07 street glide go to ???

Those carry the power for the Keebler cookie section. Sales were so good, they moved out of that hollow tree, and they get better distribution using Street Glides.

Electrical stuff...like the flux capacitor!

Actually those wires go down to the amplifier to augment the potato-potato sound.

Your bike has no throttle cable, it is electronic, ie: throttle by wire, so that is what some of the wires are, your throttle

Mine still has throttle cable it is a 07
