2014 Street Bob
I have a 2014 fxdb street bob. I have noticed that there is a light chatter while maintaining speed at around 35-50mph. This only while in the area right between accel and decel, just to maintain speed. This occurs in 2nd - 6th gear with rpms around 1800 - 2400 roughly. 200 miles on the bike. Cause for concern? Not lugging it. The chatter is not very loud, the bob still has stock exhaust which is crazy quiet, I dont know if I would be able to hear it if my short shots were installed. I WAS riding a 2010 Honda Fury shaft driven and there is no lag from power to coast (slack). Just want a little info if possible before I mention it to my dealer before warranty adjustment. Am I crazy?

Nope, you're not crazy. When I test drove my 2012 Street Bob with the stock exhaust, I thought the valve train was coming apart or something due to the clatter. When I mentioned this to the dealer, he explained that was normal noise for a twin-cam engine. I had never ridden a twin-cam before, and it took a bit of getting used to. You'll still be able to hear it somewhat even after you change the stock mufflers.
That having been said, better be safe than sorry, and have it checked out to make sure everything's good.
