If you are talking mufflers yes. Headpipes should work also, I'm just not sure about the O2 sensors and stuff.
They are really no louder then stock due to the EPA 80 db requirement. However they do have a deeper tone then the stock muffler.
My buddy is riding that exact swap on his '12 Limited. Sound better, just not louder. He still has the cat in the headpipes. I ride behind him all the time and this is my take.
They are great looking mufflers and if you get them cheap I would pick them up. If you want them louder Fulsac makes some nice baffles to increase the volume. www.fullsac.com

yes, they will. the o2 sensor change was in 2010, when they went from 18mm up by the exhaust flanges to 12mm by the collector.
the cvo mufflers will fit your stock hd headpipe so if you already have one on, you don't need to change that out. you'll find that if you change to the cvo mufflers, it will actually be quieter than stock because those are baffled for the 110 engine.
my wife is running a set of those on her 103. along with the fullsac 2.0 baffles. she's very happy with the sound and the performance from them.
