If the bike was closer to home, I'd send them an email and call their bluff.

You know the adage, "If it's seems too good to be true then it probably is".

Your post makes no sense. If you're not sure if it's a scam, why would you tell us and not check it out? Forgot……everyone on here is your friend.

Sometimes people will just throw a dollar amount in to get people to look at their ad.

Default These bikes are all over the place

Total scam...

They were all over the central NJ CL.

We did check one out - theyre prepared to sell the bike, take a few hundred dollar deposit and meet you as the title is in the safe deposit box. We offered to pay for the bike in full, take the bike and they supply the title. We ask to see the bike at their residence. The bike is 200 miles away and "they'll get it" so they will do you a favor and meet you in a public place near by your home. They only want a deposit, meet you in a lot and wont give you the bike. Local PD was notified..

I inquired about a similar ad once. The female owner was in the Air Force stationed overseas and the bike was being stored in Colorado. But upon receipt of payment from me the bike would be shipped and delivered to my house by military airlift command. HAHA.

I can't believe the scam artists there are out there. There are much better ways to earn a living that won't put you on the lam all the time.
