I have a problem with my new mufflers. They are in and I am not home. Got them in two days from eastern can't wait to get home to put them on

 

I agree, this is a serious problem. I'm on the road all the time for work, and it never fails that something is delivered on day 1 of a 4-day trip. Awful.

 

Well finally got home about an hour ago and put my pipes on, and all I can say is none of the videos that I have heard come even close. Holy crap they are deep. Very pleased so far leaving early in the morning so I guess I will see if my neighbors are as excited as I am

 

Hey bud, I was wondering what you thought of these pipes after having them for a while? Is the finish and welds holding up? I'm in Md as well and just purchased my 08 road glide from Frederick harley. Thanks -Ryan

 

I have about 5 k on them. They are doing fine and loud and deep as could be. Glad I made the decision. Wanted CFR's but the price was insane

 

Sweet thanks, I'm looking to replace my SE slip ons with something a but louder and deeper but don't really have the cash to swap the head pipes and add a tuner.

No, haven't changed anything with them.

 

Maybe I missed it but what are the name of the knock offs you bought? I like the sound of CFR's but like you said they're expensive and last I checked the lead time on them are months. Current set up is fuel moto headers, TM 555 cams and vance and Hines slash ups. Sound is pretty good but looking for deeper.
